The magical Forrest
By: Amelia and Alexis

When I was young, my grandpapa told me a story about the magical forest. He told me that when he was my age he went there. He said that there were trees that whispered amongst themselves and flowers that danced all day long. There were nests made by fairies, and rivers with mermaids.

My grandpapa told of evil things too; like witches and warlocks, more than just a few.  He told me of the most evil of all, a warlock named Savall.  He said that Savall used to be the nicest of all until one day he hit a wall. From that day on he was evil and mean to all creatures in between.  Grandpapa said that he hoped that one day I would go there to restore peace to everyone everywhere, that I would be the hero and queen of the magical forest, but for now go to sleep my sweet little princess.

When I dreamed of my journey, I began to conquer the magical forest. I began with the citizens by talking and finding the weaknesses of the evil, by asking for the secret of the Great Oak, and following it’s whispers. In my journey I walked across mushrooms the size of a ballroom fit for a king. I took a nap in a giants cave and learned to follow a fairies dust with the hope to find my way. In my wonderful journey I became queen, by following a star.

That night I dreamed of the magical forest, a dream that seemed to never end, I restored peace to all in that magical land. Now the mermaids are swimming, flowers are dancing, and trees are whispering amongst themselves. One day I hope to have my own sweet little princess will visit the magical forest.
