My Schoolhouse Subscription Form

Complete the form below and select the subscription that best meets your needs with the Payment link.  My Schoolhouse Subscriptions are for one calendar year (i.e. July 2001 - June 2002).  All subscriptions include a membership to the My Schoolhouse Learning Community.
 
Home Subscription:
One Year - $19.95
The subscriber may use the User ID with his or her family.		 Classroom Subscription:
One year - $39.95
The subscriber may use the User ID with his or her entire class at school or home.
School Subscription:
One year - $199.00
The subscriber may use the User ID with every child enrolled in the school.		 District Subscription:
One year - $399.00*
The subscriber may use the User ID with every child enrolled in the school district.

Sponsor Subscription: Individuals, organizations, and businesses purchase My Schoolhouse lessons for the classroom, school, or school district of their choice.  Contact Us for details.
