My Schoolhouse Subscription Form

Select the subscription that best meets your needs.  My Schoolhouse subscriptions are for one calendar year (i.e. July 2001 - June 2002).  All subscriptions include a membership to the My Schoolhouse Learning Community.

Home Subscription:
One Year - $19.95
The subscriber may use the User ID with his or  her family.		 Classroom Subscription:
One year - $39.95
The subscriber may use the User ID with his or  her entire class at school or home.
School Subscription:
One year - $199.00
The subscriber may use the User ID with every  child enrolled in the school.		 District Subscription:
One year - $399.00*
The subscriber may use the User ID with every  child enrolled in the school district.

Sponsor Subscription: Individuals, organizations, and businesses purchase My Schoolhouse  lessons for the classroom, school, or school district of their choice. Contact Us for details.
