One, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six, Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten.

Bill wanted to write the numbers one through ten using an alphabet board.  Bill found no letter N's on the board.  What numbers could not be written by Bill?

Write the numbers below in order from the lowest number to the highest number.

 

Mitch collects baseballs.  He has 9 baseballs at home.  He has 5 baseballs at his uncle's house.  He also has 11 baseballs at a friend's house.

How many baseballs does Mitch have in all?

 baseballs.

Amanda started on number 4 and counted 5 numbers to the right.   Next, Amanda counted 7 numbers to the left.
