16. ought be expected:  You ought to wash the dishes.
17. thoughtfully  in a thoughtful, kind or friendly way: She looked at him thoughtfully.
18. thought what someone thinks; thinking about something:  She had a sudden thought.
19. drought a period of dryness:  The trees were wilting because of the drought.
20. bough a branch of a tree.  He cut the low bough off the tree.
