The seven continents are North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and Antarctica.

The five oceans are the Pacific Ocean, the Atlantic Ocean, the Indian Ocean, the Arctic Ocean and the Southern Ocean.  The Southern Ocean surrounds Antarctica.
